Remove People and object from Photo

I have a single, high-resolution image whose background is crowded with approximately ninety-nine people. I need every person removed cleanly so the scene looks natural, with no halos, smudges, or obvious cloning marks. The figures are mostly in the background, so the rebuilt backdrop must match the original lighting, texture, and perspective.

Deliverables:
• One edited photo returned in the same resolution and file format I provide (PSD or TIFF preferred).
• Layered file showing non-destructive edits, if you work in Photoshop or Affinity Photo.
• Quick preview JPEG for initial review, followed by the final full-quality file once approved.

Key requirements:
• Seamless inpainting/reconstruction—no blurry patches or repeating patterns.
• Consistent grain and color so the retouch is invisible on zoom.
• Turnaround within 24 hours.
• Willingness to revise until the result looks completely untouched.
