Remove Non-Existent Google Listing

A company that has never occupied my premises somehow has a live Google Business Profile tied to this address. Because I am the property owner, the listing confuses visitors, delivery drivers, and even potential tenants. I have tried the usual “Suggest an edit” and “Remove this place” routes in Google Maps, but the profile keeps re-appearing.

I need a specialist who already knows the escalation paths inside Google Business Profile Manager, the Google Maps redressal form, and, if necessary, legal removal requests. Your job is to get this single profile taken down completely so it no longer shows up in Search or Maps for my address.

Acceptance criteria
• Google Business Profile and its associated pin are permanently removed or marked “removed” when queried in an incognito search.
• I receive confirmation screenshots plus the final email from Google support showing closure.
• The listing must still be gone 14 days after removal; I will re-check before releasing the final milestone.

If you have a proven track record of successful removals for “business never operated here” cases, I’m ready to start right away.
