Remove Fake Google Review

I have a single Google review on my Business Profile that was written by someone who has never been a customer. My customer database can confirm there is no matching name or order, and I have full owner-level access to the profile.

I need a specialist who knows the correct escalation paths, policy wording, and flagging sequence inside Google Business Profile to get this review taken down. Along the way, please keep a brief record of the steps you take so I can reuse the process if anything similar happens again.

Deliverable: confirmation that the review is gone from public view (or a documented appeal in progress if Google requires extra time) along with a short summary of actions taken and any recommended preventive measures for the future.
