I’m ready to launch Zoho ERP and need an expert to configure everything live on my computer via AnyDesk. While I stay on the call to supply data and approvals, you’ll do the hands-on setup so the system is production-ready by the time we disconnect.
Core areas to be completed
• Invoices – design templates, bring in my historical bills, and establish the recurring schedules I specify.
• Employee module – add every staff member, update any partial profiles, and fine-tune roles and permissions so access is clean and secure.
• Inventory – load items, opening stock, locations, and reorder parameters.
• Payroll, tax rules, plus travel & expense – ensure each is switched on, mapped to the right chart-of-accounts categories, and ready for local compliance.
Acceptance criteria
1. All data imported without errors and visible in standard Zoho reports.
2. Automated workflows (recurring invoices, approval flows, leave accrual, etc.) tested successfully with sample transactions.
3. User roles verified: admin, manager, and employee logins show only their permitted screens.
4. A brief hand-over note lists any custom fields, automations, and next steps for me to maintain the system.
