Remote Work Platform With Messaging

I’m building Onlinevjobs, a web-based platform whose single, clear purpose is to make remote work easier to start and manage. The site will welcome two broad audiences at once—freelancers and clients as well as traditional job seekers and employers—so every screen and flow has to feel intuitive from either side of the table.

For this minimum viable release the only must-have feature is a robust, real-time messaging system. Users need to open a job post, start a conversation instantly, and keep that thread alive through notifications and a searchable inbox. Everything else (profiles, payments, etc.) can stay on the roadmap; right now I want tight, dependable chat that works flawlessly on desktop and mobile.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Design and develop the full stack for the messaging workflow, including user authentication and basic account switching for the two user groups.
• Clean, modern UI that matches a lightweight “remote-first” brand style I’ll share.
• Admin view to monitor conversations and flag or archive threads.
• Deployment to my hosting (AWS or Vercel—open to your recommendation) with a working staging URL.
• A short hand-off guide covering code structure, environment variables, and how to add future modules.

Acceptance criteria: messages deliver in under two seconds end-to-end, are stored securely, and persist after page reload or logout.
