Our team runs entirely on Windows PCs joined to Active Directory and relies on Microsoft 365 for email and collaboration. I need a dependable technician who can jump on remote sessions, isolate problems fast, and leave users up and running without fuss.
Current pain points you will tackle first:
• User login problems—everything from routine password resets to stubborn account lockouts and permission oddities inside AD.
• Network hiccups—slow speeds, “can’t connect” messages, and random drop-offs across wired, Wi-Fi, and VPN links.
• Microsoft 365 / Outlook issues—profile corruption, mailbox access, sync delays, and general admin tweaks through the M365 portal.
Beyond those, you’ll occasionally step in for printer quirks, software installs, hardware diagnostics, or anything else a remote help desk sees. Secure tools such as Remote Desktop, Quick Assist, or equivalent are required, and clear documentation of each fix is expected so my internal team can follow along.
Deliverables for every incident:
1. Root-cause explanation in plain English.
2. Steps taken (screenshots or commands where relevant).
3. Preventive recommendation when applicable.
If you’re comfortable troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and VPN endpoints, and you communicate clearly with non-technical staff, I’d love to rely on you for ongoing remote support.
