Our SaaS web platform is gearing up for several feature releases, and I need a part-time QA specialist who can work fully remote and slot into my weekly sprint cycle without disrupting the team’s rhythm. Your core mandate will be to run thorough functional, regression, and API testing against the latest builds and report findings quickly so fixes can be turned around inside the sprint.

Here’s how collaboration will flow:

• Each Monday I’ll share the staging URL, release notes, and any relevant Postman collections.
• You will execute agreed test cases, explore edge scenarios, and validate all exposed endpoints.
• Clear, reproducible defect reports (video or annotated screenshots plus steps to replicate) must be logged in Jira within 24 hours of discovery.
• By Thursday, a concise summary of passed / failed tests and outstanding risks should be delivered so the dev team can finalise the sprint.

I rely on tools such as Selenium/WebDriver, Postman, and BrowserStack, so familiarity with at least one of those is important. If you prefer another open-source framework that achieves the same coverage, that’s fine—just be ready to justify it.

When you send your bid, include links or documents showing past web-application testing work that highlights similar functional, regression, or API scopes. No need for formal proposals at this stage; demonstrable results speak louder.

This is an ongoing, low-burn engagement (roughly 6–10 hours a week) with room to grow as the product scales. If rapid feedback cycles, clear communication, and disciplined defect triage fit your style, I’d love to review your past work and move forward.
