We produce a premium Business Podcast (Video) aimed at a professional adult audience, and we're ready to bring on a remote moderator whose spoken English carries a clear, natural-sounding U.S. accent.
Episodes run 60–90 minutes, recorded live-to-tape on Riverside.fm, and are later released across YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.
What We Count On You to Handle:
• Conduct engaging interviews with our high-profile business guests.
• Manage live audience interaction and surface relevant questions in real-time.
• Ensure smooth, on-cue transitions between the intro, ad reads, segments, and wrap-up.
• Keep the conversation firmly on track in alignment with the provided run sheet.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues independently if they pop up during recording.
• Maintain a consistently upbeat, professional tone from start to finish.
Technical & Environment Requirements (Must-Haves):
• A dedicated, noise-free environment where you can sit comfortably and conduct distraction-free video interviews.
• Proficiency with remote recording tools, specifically Riverside.fm (or identical browser-based studio platforms).
• Own your own professional studio gear. You must already possess high-quality hardware. Please note: We do not supply or arrange hardware for this remote role.
• Camera Resolution: Ideally a 4K camera setup, though a crisp, high-quality 1080p stream is acceptable.
• Audio Quality: A high-quality, professional microphone setup with clean, broadcast-ready sound.
• Studio Setup: Hands-on experience configuring your own studio lighting, framing your camera, and dialing in your microphone settings.
Workflow & Support:
We’ll supply the run sheet, guest bios, talking points, and all other relevant prep materials. For each episode, you will join a quick prep call, moderate the live recording, and then send us a brief timestamp sheet of any necessary edit notes immediately afterward.
