Remote Turkish Healthcare Recruiter Needed

StrongBodyAI is scaling its tele-health services across Turkey and I need a recruiter who can quickly build a solid pipeline of clinical talent. The focus is on doctors, nurses and allied health professionals who are comfortable working in a technology-driven, remote-care environment.

Your daily work will revolve around two core activities:
• Screening candidates to verify licenses, language skills and remote-care readiness.
• Conducting structured video interviews, presenting the strongest profiles to our clinical lead within 48 hours of each interview.

To fill the funnel you’ll have full freedom to use online job portals, social media outreach and existing local healthcare networks. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook healthcare groups and Turkish medical forums will be valuable.

Success for this engagement means you consistently present short-listed, interview-ready clinicians that meet our role briefs and start-date targets. I will provide job specs, interview scorecards and access to our ATS; you bring the local market insight, sourcing creativity and decisive interviewing style that keeps the process moving.
