I need a proven phone closer who can pick up the warm Living-Trust leads already sitting in our CRM and turn those conversations into signed clients. The ads are doing their job—more than 100 homeowners, investors, and families have asked to hear from us—so there is zero cold prospecting involved; every call you make is to someone who actively requested information.

Your day will revolve around dialing each prospect during Pacific Time hours, answering their questions about our Living Trust packages, guiding them through the benefits, handling any objections with confidence, and ultimately securing payment. The people you’ll speak with often value speed, clarity, and reassurance, so the ability to build rapport within seconds is crucial. Strong objection-handling skills and a disciplined closing mindset are equally essential.

This role is 100 % commission based, ideal if you back yourself to perform and want uncapped earning potential. I’m looking for reliability, professionalism, and a long-term partnership: hit targets consistently and you’ll have a steady stream of new leads every week.
