Position: Remote Telepharmacist

Position Overview:
As a Remote Telepharmacist, you will be responsible for providing medication management and counseling services to our patients via telephone. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care and treatment. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct medication reviews and provide counseling to patients over the phone
Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop treatment plans and monitor patient progress
Verify prescriptions and ensure accuracy and safety of medications
Educate patients on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Adhere to all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
Current and active pharmacist license in good standing
At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist, preferably in a clinical setting
Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficient in computer skills and electronic medical records
Flexible and adaptable to changing work demands
Contract Details:
This is a part-time, remote position with flexible hours. The successful candidate will have the ability to work from home and communicate with our team and patients via telephone and electronic means. Compensation will be competitive and based on experience.
