Customers contact our helpdesk when their internet drops, their devices refuse to pair, or their accounts lock them out with password errors. The queue grows fastest during these hardware-and-login spikes, so the priority is clear-cut technical troubleshooting rather than general customer-service chit-chat.

Here’s what the assignment covers:

• Diagnose and resolve connectivity, device, or hardware faults through chat, email, or voice—whichever channel the ticket arrives on.
• Guide users through account-access recovery, password resets, and two-factor hiccups, documenting each step so future agents can follow the logic.
• Feed recurring issues back to me so we can update our knowledge base and reduce repeat contacts.

All tools are cloud-based—Zendesk for tickets, AnyDesk/TeamViewer for remote sessions, and Slack for quick escalations—so you can work from anywhere with a stable connection.

When you reach out, highlight previous experience handling similar internet, device, or login problems inside a BPO or dedicated tech-support environment. A concise summary of the volumes you’ve managed and your first-contact-resolution rate tells me more than a long proposal.

Once onboard, you’ll start with a short knowledge-base walkthrough and then tackle live tickets under light supervision until both of us are confident you’re ready for the full queue.
