I need a self-driven researcher who can locate strong talent online and hand over concise, well-qualified profiles that my hiring team can act on immediately. Your day will revolve around digging through LinkedIn, job boards, niche groups—wherever the right people spend their time—matching them to the role specifications I give you, and reaching out with a professional first touch to confirm interest and key details.

For every candidate you present that my team accepts as qualified, I’ll pay you $30. There’s no ceiling on how many you can deliver, so your earnings depend on the volume and quality of your sourcing. Work is fully remote and you set your own hours; just keep communication clear and prompt.

What I expect as a deliverable for each prospect:
• Name and up-to-date contact information
• A short justification of fit tied to the role requirements
• Current résumé or LinkedIn PDF export (whichever is available)
• Confirmation that the person is open to speaking with us

If you already use Boolean strings, X-ray searches, Chrome sourcing extensions, or social media talent pools, great—tell me about it. No formal recruiting background is required; solid online research skills, persistence, and attention to detail matter most.
