Remote Talent Acquisition Partner

I need an experienced recruitment specialist who can handle both candidate sourcing and candidate screening for roles in the Vacantion sector. You will receive a detailed brief for each opening and then:

• Hunt for matching talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and your own network
• Analyse résumés and online footprints to verify skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Run the first‐round screening call or written assessment, capturing notes in my ATS or a shared spreadsheet
• Keep each prospect’s status up to date so nothing slips through the cracks
• Present a concise shortlist with your evaluation and a clear recommendation

The schedule is flexible; there is no fixed deadline, so quality beats speed. Solid communication, organised record-keeping, and previous success recruiting remotely are essential.
