Assist with Windows Server administration and management
Document all work in ticketing and RMM platforms.
Requirements:
5+ years of IT support experience with a focus on networking.
Strong knowledge of Fortinet, Cisco, Ruckus, Aruba or similar brands.
Certifications like Network+ or Security+ preferred.
