Remote Software Project Manager

Our distributed development team ships web applications every month and I need a dedicated manager to keep everything on track. The work is fully remote, contract-based, and paid on a monthly cycle, with a steady flow of hours each week.

Here’s the day-to-day I’m counting on you for: coordinating several developers, turning product requirements into clearly scoped tasks in Asana, sequencing those tasks into realistic timelines, and driving them through an Agile process until release. I’ll lean on your proactive follow-ups, crisp written and video updates, and your ability to spot blockers early so we never miss a milestone.

Most of our work centers on web development, but the stack and team composition can shift between projects, so adaptability and clear communication matter more than a particular tech background. If you’re comfortable running stand-ups, grooming backlogs, and presenting concise status reports, you’ll fit right in. Prior experience with software or web projects is ideal, yet reliability, organisation, and a calm problem-solving approach will carry the most weight.

Collaboration happens across time zones, so I value someone who can overlap a few hours with both US and European teammates and who responds promptly during agreed working windows.
