I need support locating potential Co-Listing Agents who have a background in Airbnb or other short-term rentals. Your focus will be on discovering qualified leads, making first contact, and handing them off to me before any formal screening begins.

Here’s how the workflow looks:
• Search on LinkedIn, relevant job boards, and niche social-media groups for profiles that match our criteria.
• Verify that each prospect highlights solid communication skills and demonstrable short-stay hosting or co-hosting experience.
• Send the initial outreach message I provide, answer basic questions, and then pass any interested candidate—with their résumé or a link to their profile—straight to me.

No previous recruiting experience is required as long as you can follow a clear process, keep accurate notes, and communicate professionally in English. Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or Facebook Groups will help you ramp up quickly.
