Remote Property Manager / Co-Listing Agent (Airbnb)

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager / Co-Listing Agent to manage Airbnb properties remotely. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with short-term rental operations, guest communication, booking management, and pricing optimization.

*Key Responsibilities
-Manage Airbnb listings and day-to-day property operations.
-Handle guest communication before, during, and after each stay.
-Manage booking calendars and reservations.
-Optimize pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
-Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams.
-Monitor listing performance and implement improvements.
-Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and maintain high review ratings.
-Utilize property management software (Travelnest experience is a plus).

*Requirements
-Active Airbnb account (Host or Guest).
-Proven experience managing Airbnb or short-term rental properties.
-Familiarity with the Airbnb platform is essential.
-Strong understanding of:

-Booking management
-Guest communication
-Property operations
-Experience using Property Management Systems (Travelnest preferred).
-Knowledge of short-term rental industry best practices.
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

-Ability to work independently in a remote environment
