Remote Project Recruiter Required

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support a short-term remote hiring project.

The successful freelancer will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates, reviewing their qualifications, conducting initial screening, and presenting suitable candidates for consideration.

Project tasks:

Search for qualified candidates
Review resumes and professional profiles
Screen candidates against provided requirements
Prepare candidate summaries
Organize candidate information
Recommend qualified candidates
Meet agreed project deadlines

Requirements:

Previous recruiting or talent sourcing experience
Strong candidate research skills
Experience screening candidates
Excellent communication
Good organizational skills
Ability to work independently
