Do you enjoy tarot, psychic readings, and helping people through meaningful conversations?
We're looking for dependable, experienced FEMALE phone psychics, tarot readers, clairvoyants, mediums, and spiritual advisors to join our growing remote team!
This is a flexible work-from-home opportunity with simple, self-directed training, ongoing support, and helpful resources provided. No complicated setup or lengthy training program required.
Compensation
$0.10 USD PER ACTIVE TALK MINUTE. (Bonuses available for high-performing agents)
Equivalent to $6 per hour of continuous, billable talk time.
Paid only for active, billable customer conversations.
Time spent waiting for calls or logged in without an active conversation is not paid.
Earnings depend on call volume and your total billable talk time.
No guaranteed hourly earnings.
Requirements
-Female phone agents only at this time
-Experience or interest in psychic readings, tarot, mediumship, clairvoyance, or spiritual advising.
- Clear, easily understood spoken English with a clear speaking voice and minimal or no noticeable accent for easy customer understanding.
-Strong listening and conversational skills.
-A reliable internet connection and a quiet, private workspace.
-A compatible US phone number that can receive calls through our phone system.
-Must answer incoming calls within 1–2 rings when logged in and available.
-Voicemail must be disabled while on duty.
-Must be able to commit to at least 15 logged-in hours per week.
-Reliable, professional, and responsive to messages.
-Able to follow simple instructions and complete self-directed training.
AI Tools & Ongoing Support
-Ongoing support and guidance are provided.
-Contractors may use AI-assisted tools, including virtual tarot card decks, AI-generated card spreads, and AI-assisted reading interpretations, to support their phone readings.
-You may use these resources to help develop interpretations and keep conversations flowing naturally.
-You must be comfortable speaking with callers naturally and providing an engaging, personalized experience.
