We are a Virginia-based agricultural technology company urgently hiring a freelance recruiter to source remote Production Assistants. Candidates must be U.S. residents (Virginia preferred) and able to start this week. The role involves hands-on manufacturing work, including chemical handling, from the candidate's own workspace.
Your Tasks
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, and your own networks.
- Conduct video or audio interviews.
- Walk candidates through the production process using our MVP brochure.
- Require candidates to complete a prototype production process.

Candidate Profile
- Residency: U.S. residents only – Virginia preferred, other states acceptable.
- Experience: No experience required – full training provided.
- Chemical Handling: Must be comfortable working with chemicals.
- Workspace: Must have access to an open, well-ventilated space (outdoors, backyard, garage, etc.).
- Soft Skills: Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
