Remote NEMT Dispatcher via ZeitRide

I run a non-medical transportation service that relies on the Zeit Ride NEMT platform for every step of dispatch. I need someone who can log in remotely, learn the workflow quickly, and keep daily operations moving without a hitch.

Your core responsibility is to stay inside Zeit Ride throughout the shift, creating and assigning trips, then following them from pickup to drop-off. You will speak with drivers and passengers as issues arise, using the built-in messaging panel, direct texts, or a phone call—whichever gets the fastest response. Because our business mixes regular scheduled rides, recurring passenger appointments, and last-minute or urgent requests, you must be comfortable juggling a live board and making real-time adjustments when vehicles run late or a new trip pops up.

Deliverables I will look for each day:
All transportation requests are entered via the website link directly into Zeit.
• Immediate acknowledgment and resolution notes on any same-day problem (missed pickup, vehicle change, etc.)
• Clear, time-stamped communication logs with drivers and passengers inside the platform or by phone/text when necessary
• End-of-shift hand-off summary so the next dispatcher starts with accurate information
