What You'll Do
As a Remote Member Support Advisor, you will:

Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone appointments

Guide individuals and families through available benefit programs

Answer questions and explain available options clearly and professionally

Support new members throughout the onboarding process

Build lasting client relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up

Maintain accurate digital records and manage appointment scheduling

Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy

Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development
