About the Client
An award-winning, design-forward web agency specializing in enterprise Webflow development is looking for a Marketing Manager to own its content engine end-to-end and establish a consistent publishing rhythm across LinkedIn and email.
The ~50-person agency serves major enterprise clients and has earned top industry recognition for its work. Design and delivery capabilities are already exceptional — what's missing is a dedicated marketing function. Months of finished case studies, ebooks, and animations sit unpublished, and this role is the company's first dedicated marketing hire.
About the Role
Day-to-day, the Marketing Manager audits and clears the content backlog, runs the content calendar, QAs case studies and creative assets alongside internal designers, owns the email newsletter, and manages the company's LinkedIn presence.
Core Responsibilities
Content Pipeline & Publishing
Audit the backlog of unpublished case studies, ebooks, and visual assets to determine what is publish-ready
Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn (primary), email newsletter, and Instagram (secondary) on a consistent cadence
Maintain the content calendar in Asana and Google Sheets
Surface new content opportunities proactively and pitch them to leadership
Case Study & Asset QA
Review case studies and marketing assets for storytelling, messaging, and design consistency
Coordinate revisions with internal designers via Slack and Figma
Apply final quality control so every asset ships polished and on-brand
Email Newsletter Ownership
Own strategy, copywriting, design coordination, and send cadence for the company newsletter
Balance case study promotion with value-added content for a B2B audience
Collaborate with the internal content writer on long-form editorial pieces
Evaluate and set up the email marketing platform if none is in place
Social Media & Channel Activation
Manage the company LinkedIn page: post scheduling, engagement, and brand consistency
Activate leadership and team members to amplify content on personal profiles
Publish to Instagram as a secondary channel when bandwidth allows
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate with designers, the project manager, and leadership via Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace
Log time allocation at a high level in the agency's timesheet system
Keep projects moving independently, escalating only when genuinely needed
Requirements
Must-Have
3–5 years of B2B content marketing experience at a digital agency, SaaS company, or professional services firm
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a multi-channel content calendar (LinkedIn, email, blog) with a sustained publishing cadence
Work examples of B2B case studies, LinkedIn content, or email campaigns previously owned
Email marketing platform experience (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Beehiiv, or equivalent) including full campaign builds from copy through send
Experience reviewing creative work in Figma (view/comment level) and coordinating revisions with design teams
Hands-on use of Asana (or comparable project management tool) plus Google Docs and Sheets for content tracking
C1+ English (CEFR) with demonstrated professional written proficiency
Nice-to-Have
Webflow experience, or a comparable modern CMS background (WordPress, HubSpot CMS)
Prior experience as a first marketing hire or building a marketing function from scratch
Experience running leadership activation or employee advocacy programs on LinkedIn
Exposure to SEO or content analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush)
Benefits
Competitive Salary: Based on experience and skills
Remote Work: Fully remote—work from anywhere
Team Incentives: Recognition for maintaining 100% CRM hygiene and on-time reporting
