Remote Junior Developer & Client Communication Partner

We’re looking for a Junior Software Developer in the U.S. or Latin America for a long-term, 100% remote collaboration.

The ideal candidate should have basic software development experience and Native or Fluent English.

What You’ll Do
- Join client meetings and team calls
- Communicate with U.S. and international clients
- Understand and discuss project requirements
- Share project updates
- Work with senior developers
- Help with development tasks, bug fixes, and testing
- Use Git/GitHub and common development tools

Technical Skills
Experience with some of these is helpful:

- JavaScript / TypeScript
- React / Next.js
- Node.js
- Python
- APIs
- PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- Git / GitHub
- Docker / AWS
- Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot

You do not need to be a senior developer.

Junior developers, recent graduates, bootcamp graduates, and developers with around 0–3 years of experience are welcome.

English Requirement

This is very important.

You should:

- Speak Native or Fluent English
- Feel comfortable speaking on Zoom or Google Meet
- Communicate clearly with international clients
- Be able to explain your work and ask questions confidently
