We are expanding our recruitment team and are looking for experienced Remote HR Consultants / International Recruiters to help us secure employment opportunities for our candidates.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
• Find genuine employers hiring international workers.
• Build relationships with European companies and recruitment agencies.
• Source vacancies suitable for African job seekers.
• Coordinate recruitment and candidate placement.
• Assist employers with candidate shortlisting.
• Guide applicants through recruitment processes.
• Prepare professional CVs and cover letters tailored to employer requirements.
• Coordinate work offers and employment contracts.
• Guide applicants through work permit documentation.
• Communicate with employers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment progress until successful deployment.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable laws and ethical recruitment standards.
Required Skills

• Work permit and immigration processes
• Candidate sourcing and screening

• Excellent English communication skills
Experience recruiting for European employers is highly preferred.
