Homecare Services — New York

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and professional Russian-English Remote Coordinator to join our growing New York home care team.

Location: Remote — candidates welcome from Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Moldova, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, and other countries
Schedule: Monday–Friday, New York business hours
Employment: Full-time
Languages: Fluent Russian + strong English

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate HHA/PCA schedules and patient services
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, aides, and office staff
• Monitor scheduled visits, missed visits, late arrivals, and call-outs
• Find replacement caregivers when needed
• Follow up on open issues until fully resolved
• Update schedules, notes, and patient information accurately
• Work with HHAeXchange, CRM systems, Google Sheets, email, and phone communication
• Assist with day-to-day home care operations and customer service

We are looking for someone who is:
• Fluent in Russian
• Confident speaking and writing in English
• Highly organized and responsible
• Comfortable working on the phone throughout the day
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and proactive
• Available to work New York business hours
• Equipped with a reliable computer, headset, high-speed internet, and quiet workspace

Preferred Experience:
• U.S. home care or healthcare
• Medical office coordination
• Patient scheduling
• Dispatching
• Call center/customer service
• HHA/PCA coordination
• HHAeXchange or similar scheduling software

Home care experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
