I need help building a pipeline of entry-level Property Managers who can work fully remote across North America, Europe and Asia. Your task is to source, pre-screen and present candidates who match a clearly defined profile that I’ll share once we start, including language requirements, time-zone coverage and basic familiarity with online property-management platforms.

You should already be comfortable working with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor and niche real-estate job boards, and you’ll need to manage the entire first-round process: outreach, résumé review, initial video screening and scheduling the second interview in my calendar. An understanding of international hiring nuances—contracts, local employment norms and remote-work compliance—will be very helpful, though I’ll supply any country-specific templates we end up needing.

Deliverables I expect:
• 5–7 qualified, interview-ready candidates per region
• A brief assessment sheet for each candidate covering motivation, availability, compensation expectations and reference check status
• A concise weekly progress update until roles are filled
