TrueSearch HR Services is hiring for a Generalist – Contractor opportunity with one of our clients, supporting projects focused on training and improving next-generation AI systems.

What will you do?
• Analyze, evaluate, and annotate different types of data
• Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy and relevance
• Provide clear, high-quality written feedback
• Perform problem-solving and critical-thinking tasks
• Follow project guidelines and quality standards
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement
• Communicate findings effectively
• Work independently in a remote environment

• Ability to follow detailed instructions
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Comfortable with remote collaboration

Previous experience in data annotation or data labeling is a plus, but not mandatory.

Candidates from diverse backgrounds are welcome, including research, content, quality, operations, analytics, education, HR, writing, data annotation, and other fields where strong reasoning and communication skills are required.
