This is a permanent, full-time position for an individual who can handle website development, technical maintenance, search engine optimization, email marketing campaigns, and the everyday responsibilities of managing a large commercial website portfolio.
We are not looking for someone who simply updates websites occasionally. We need a dedicated professional who takes ownership of our entire online operation, works a consistent 40-hour week, and produces measurable results.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Website Management & Development
Manage, maintain, and update approximately 110 company websites.
Develop new websites, landing pages, and marketing pages.
Maintain WordPress websites, plugins, themes, and databases.

Ensure websites load quickly and display properly on mobile devices.
Monitor hosting, SSL certificates, security, backups, and uptime.
Improve website layouts, navigation, graphics, and functionality.
Maintain consistent company branding across all websites.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Optimize website content, titles, descriptions, keywords, and internal links.
Improve Google search visibility and organic traffic.
Identify and correct indexing, crawling, and performance issues.
Manage Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Research relevant keywords and identify opportunities for growth.
Improve existing pages and develop SEO-focused landing pages.
Monitor search rankings and report measurable improvements.
3. Email Marketing & Campaign Management
Create and send professional HTML email marketing campaigns.
Design attractive promotional emails and newsletters.
Manage email marketing platforms and subscriber lists.
Set up and maintain email automation campaigns.
Monitor email delivery, open rates, click rates, and conversions.
Perform campaign testing and improve marketing performance.
Maintain email authentication and deliverability standards.
Follow applicable email marketing and unsubscribe requirements.
4. Data Card Publishing & Video Marketing
Publish and update mailing list data cards on NextMark and company websites.
Maintain accurate descriptions, categories, pricing, and related information.
Create short promotional videos of approximately 30 seconds for newly published data cards.
Upload promotional videos to the appropriate data cards and company YouTube channels.
Optimize video titles, descriptions, and keywords.
Keep product information consistent across all marketing platforms.
5. General Webmaster Responsibilities
Monitor website performance and resolve problems promptly.
Review websites for outdated content, broken images, and display problems.
Maintain website security and perform routine updates.
Improve conversion rates and lead generation.
Create promotional banners, graphics, and marketing materials.
Coordinate website improvements and new development projects.
Recommend practical improvements that increase traffic, inquiries, and sales.
Handle other technical and digital marketing responsibilities associated with a professional webmaster position.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of professional webmaster or web development experience.
Advanced WordPress administration and development skills.
Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Proven experience with technical SEO and Google search optimization.
Experience managing multiple commercial websites simultaneously.
Experience creating and distributing HTML email campaigns.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO software.
Ability to troubleshoot hosting, DNS, SSL, and website performance issues.
Basic graphic design and video editing capabilities.
Strong written English and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
Work Schedule & Accountability
This is a dedicated, full-time position requiring 40 actual working hours per week.
The successful candidate must:
Maintain a consistent, agreed-upon work schedule.
Provide a daily work report detailing completed assignments.
Maintain a weekly task schedule with priorities and deadlines.
Demonstrate measurable progress on assigned projects.
Communicate regularly and respond promptly during working hours.
Prioritize high-traffic and revenue-producing websites.
