Remote File Organization Assistant

I need a detail-oriented helper who can jump in remotely and bring order to my digital chaos. The goal is simple: make it effortless for me to find any document, spreadsheet, or email thread without hunting around. You’ll review my existing folders, label and rename files consistently, create a clear hierarchy, and build a central index (most likely in Google Sheets or Excel) that lets me see at a glance what lives where.

I already use Google Drive, Outlook, and the Microsoft Office suite, so experience with those platforms will let you move quickly. If you have preferred tools for bulk renaming or folder visualization, feel free to suggest them—I’m open as long as everything ends up neat, searchable, and logically grouped.
