Remote Customer Support & E-commerce Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, organised and motivated remote assistant to join our team and provide ongoing customer support and e-commerce assistance for an Australian business.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and social media
* Monitor and manage customer messages
* Assist with online orders, returns and general customer enquiries
* Manage Facebook/Instagram content and messages
* Assist with eBay and website-related tasks
* Post promotions and product updates
* Perform basic administrative and data-entry tasks
* Follow up with customers when required
* Learn our products and provide accurate information
* Escalate technical or specialised enquiries when necessary

Requirements

* Excellent written English and good spoken English
* Previous customer service, virtual assistant or e-commerce experience preferred
* Good computer and internet skills
* Experience with WhatsApp, Facebook/Instagram and online platforms
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable and responsive
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Willingness to learn
* Stable internet connection
* Must be available to work during agreed Australian/Sydney time hours
