Remote Crime Short Film Leads

I’m casting a 10–15-minute crime-thriller that centres on a dispute ending in murder. I need one female lead (victim) and one male lead (perpetrator) who can perform an intense confrontation that culminates in a realistic on-screen kill.

Actors of any background—seasoned or brand-new—are welcome as long as you are between 18 and 27 and feel comfortable exploring dark, emotional territory. I do have a specific physical look in mind for one of the roles; I’ll share reference images and details once you express interest so you can decide quickly whether it suits you.

The shoot will be completely remote. You must have access to a quiet space, a recent smartphone or DSLR capable of 1080p, a basic mic setup, and good lighting. I’ll direct you live over Zoom, supply shot lists, blocking notes, and continuity references, and then you’ll send the raw takes via a cloud link the same day.

Deliverables
• Self-taped audition (monologue I’ll provide)
• Final scene footage: multiple angles, clean audio, 24 fps or 30 fps, 1080p minimum
• Signed release granting me full editing and distribution rights
