I have two birth certificates that the CRA is asking me to file, but they must first carry a proper notarial seal. Because I am based in Canada and the certificates will be used only here, the notarization has to comply with all federal and provincial requirements yet can be completed fully online.
What I need from you
• Meet with me over a secure video call at a mutually convenient time. .
• Apply your digital notarial seal and signature so the files are immediately acceptable to the CRA.
• Return two PDF copies—one for my records, one to upload—plus any supporting audit trail your platform produces.
Acceptance
The job is finished when the CRA confirms the notarized PDFs meet their standards or, at minimum, when the documents pass the CRA online portal’s validation check without flags.
Please confirm your notary commission, the remote-notarization platform you use (e.g., NotaryLive, DocuSign Notary, etc.), and your earliest available slot so we can get this done quickly.
