No previous experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, coaching, and the tools needed to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Meet virtually with clients to discuss available benefit options
Help individuals and families understand and enroll in eligible programs
Provide professional, friendly customer service
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate client appointments and maintain accurate records
Follow established processes and systems with support from experienced mentors
Participate in weekly coaching, team meetings, and professional development
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who is:
An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and willing to learn
Positive, professional, and dependable
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Organized and able to manage appointments and client follow-ups
Interested in developing professionally and growing into leadership opportunities
