Remote Candidate Research & Screening

I need help catching up on a spike in hiring requests and am looking for a recruiter who can jump in quickly, work completely remote, and deliver a tight short-term sourcing and screening sprint.

Scope of work
You will receive a set of position briefs, target profiles, and evaluation criteria from me. Using LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor you’ll search for prospects who fit the brief, dig into their background, and run an initial screen. For this project I’m concentrating on roles within the rental industry, so familiarity with that space is welcome.

Screening approach
I prefer structured questionnaires for the first pass. Once you have the answers, summarise each candidate’s suitability against the must-have and nice-to-have criteria and flag any potential concerns or exceptional strengths.

Deliverables
• A spreadsheet (or ATS export) listing all contacted prospects with links to their profiles
• Completed questionnaire responses for every shortlisted candidate
• A short recommendation note per candidate highlighting fit, gaps, and next-step suggestions

What will make you successful here
You should already be comfortable sourcing on the three platforms mentioned, stay organised while working independently, and communicate findings clearly in writing.
