What You'll Do
🤝 Support Clients with Care
Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
Explain available supplemental benefit programs
Guide clients through enrollment and application processes
Answer questions with professionalism, empathy, and integrity
Provide ongoing policy support and follow-up communication
🌟 Build Long-Term Relationships
Develop trusted relationships through exceptional client service
Conduct benefit reviews and policy updates
Help clients understand their options as their needs evolve
📋 Maintain Professional Standards
Keep accurate digital client records
Follow company policies and applicable state regulations
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in every interaction

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Windows-based computer with webcam
