Remote Assistant: Etsy Store & Data

I’m ready to launch and grow an Etsy shop and need a reliable virtual assistant who can jump straight into data entry, store setup, and day-to-day customer support from home on a part-time basis.

Here’s what I need help with right away:
• Data entry – tidying up product spreadsheets, pricing, SKUs, and inventory counts in Google Sheets or Excel.
• Etsy store setup – creating SEO-friendly product listings, uploading images, setting shipping profiles, taxes, and payment options.
• Ongoing shop management – processing and updating orders, keeping customers informed, and handling any questions that come through Etsy’s inbox within 24 hours.

Deliverables
- 30 polished product listings uploaded and live
- Daily monitoring of orders with tracking numbers added promptly
- Fast, friendly responses to customers (under 24 hours)
- Weekly CSV report covering sales and inventory

The role is 100 % remote and flexible, as long as the core tasks above are completed each day. Familiarity with Canva (or similar) for light image tweaks, plus solid spreadsheet skills, will really help. If things go smoothly, I’d love to make this a long-term collaboration and increase hours and responsibilities over time.
