You’ll take the lead on every stage of guest communication—from the first reservation inquiry through check-in instructions and real-time support if anything goes wrong during a stay. Prompt, personable messaging inside the Airbnb platform is essential; if you’re also comfortable hopping onto WhatsApp or SMS when faster resolution is needed, even better.

On the operations front, I’ll rely on you to coordinate cleaners, handymen, and any specialty trades, tracking each work order so turnovers stay flawless and the calendar never goes dark. I expect proactive eyes on the listing as well: adjusting pricing, updating photos or copy, and tweaking amenities in response to market trends or guest feedback.

• Five-star reviews maintained or improved across communication, cleanliness, and accuracy categories
• Zero avoidable gaps in occupancy due to maintenance or listing oversights

I’ll provide house manuals, existing vendor contacts, and owner-level access to the Airbnb account. You bring hospitality savvy, sharp written English, and a steady internet connection.
