• Own the listings themselves—updating pricing and availability, refining descriptions, uploading photos, and watching performance metrics so the properties stay high in Airbnb search results.

Everything can be done remotely as long as you’re comfortable working inside the Airbnb host dashboard (or their mobile app), using common tools like Google Workspace, Slack/WhatsApp for quick updates, and a channel manager if we adopt one later.

I already have established house manuals, cleaner checklists, and vendor contacts; you’ll tighten the process, keep records tidy, and surface any improvements you spot. Clear weekly activity reports and immediate flagging of guest or maintenance issues will be the main deliverables.
