Remote Accountant & MIS Specialist Needed

I need reliable help with the day-to-day finance workload of my business, and I’m happy to engage someone either full-time or part-time as long as the work is handled entirely online. Your main focus will be three areas:

• MIS reporting – preparing regular, well-structured reports that let me see performance at a glance.
• Data management and reconciliation – keeping ledgers, bank statements, and internal records perfectly aligned.
• Invoicing and routine accounts work – raising invoices, recording expenses, posting journal entries, and closing each period cleanly.

Everything is cloud-based, so you’ll be working in Tally (or a similar accounting package I’ll grant access to), Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and any other standard finance tools required. Strong command of formulas, pivots, and lookups in Excel is important because many of our reports feed directly from large datasets.

What success looks like to me:
• Accurate MIS packs delivered on the agreed schedule.
• Zero unreconciled items at the end of each week.
• Invoices issued within 24 hours of receiving source data and all supporting documents filed logically.

I’m open to structuring the engagement around steady hourly work or defined weekly deliverables—whichever suits your workflow.
