I’m building an Ethereum-based project and I need a concise, well-commented piece of Solidity code that lets me execute a “flash” movement of USDT inside Remix and plug it straight into my wider smart-contract stack. The core goal is simple: seamless smart-contract integration.

The contract must compile and run in Remix (Solidity ^0.8.x), respect USDT’s interface, and perform the send-and-return flash logic in a single transaction. Alongside that core flow I also want two extra capabilities baked in:
• an automatic token-swap routine so the contract can route the borrowed USDT through a DEX such as Uniswap, then settle the flash loan in the same call, and
• optional multi-signature execution so any high-value call can be confirmed by a set of owners before it moves funds.

Deliverables
1. The Solidity source file, fully commented and ready for Remix.
2. A brief README explaining constructor parameters, function calls and safety checks.
3. A sample deployment script or step-by-step Remix guide.
4. A quick Hardhat or Truffle test (your choice) proving the flash flow, the swap and the multi-sig gate all work on Ethereum’s latest testnet.

I’ll review by compiling in Remix, running your test, and confirming gas tolerances stay within reason. If something is unclear, flag it early and we can adjust the spec together—otherwise I’m looking forward to seeing clean, efficient code that drops straight into my existing contracts.
