I have a single music piece that was recorded 25 years ago and now survives only as a digital file (I can supply either MP3 or WAV). Age has left it sounding flat and dated, and I want a fresh master that feels clear and full without losing the original character.

Here’s what I need done:
• Restore clarity and detail, taming any residual hiss, hum, or artifacts that have crept in over the decades.
• Re-balance EQ and dynamics so vocals, bass, and transients sit naturally and translate well on modern streaming platforms.
• Deliver two versions: a hi-resolution WAV (24-bit/44.1 kHz or higher) for archival and a streaming-ready file that meets current loudness standards (around –14 LUFS, no clipping).

Please keep the musical feel intact; the aim is to revive rather than radically redesign. Let me know what tools (e.g., iZotope RX, FabFilter, analogue outboard) you plan to use and any questions about reference tracks or sonic direction.
