Reliable Video Editor for Long-Term Collaboration

## Ongoing Video Editor — 3 Videos Per Week

I'm an established independent digital creator looking for a reliable video editor for an ongoing working relationship.

This is consistent, recurring work rather than a one-time project. I currently produce approximately **3 long-form videos per week** and am looking for an editor who can take ownership of the post-production process with minimal hand-holding once we've established the editing style.

### Typical Work

Each project may include:

* Editing raw footage into a polished final video
* Clean cuts and natural pacing
* Basic colour correction/grading
* Audio cleanup and levelling
* Adding provided branded intro/outro elements where required
* Exporting the finished master according to provided specifications
* Pulling short promotional clips from the finished video
* Exporting selected still images/screenshots for promotional use
* Maintaining organized project and export files

Detailed editing guidelines, naming conventions and examples of previous finished work will be provided.

### Workload

Approximately **3 finished videos per week / 12–13 per month**, with the potential for additional projects.

I'm specifically looking for someone interested in a **long-term recurring relationship** rather than occasional freelance work.

### Who I'm Looking For

You should be:

* 18+
* Experienced with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent professional editing software
* Comfortable working independently once a style has been established
* Reliable with weekly deadlines
* Detail-oriented
* Responsive and easy to communicate with
* Comfortable handling confidential and unreleased creator media
* Willing to sign a confidentiality/NDA and independent contractor agreement
* Able to securely store and transfer large video files
* Willing to permanently delete source/project files according to an agreed retention schedule
* Able to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the creator, content and business

Previous experience editing content for independent online creators is an asset.

### Compensation

Please provide your **rate per finished video and/or a weekly package rate for 3 videos**.

Because this is a high-volume ongoing position, I'm particularly interested in editors who offer recurring/volume pricing.

This is **paid work**. Shortlisted candidates may be offered a **paid test edit** before I select a long-term editor.
