I am seeking a dependable assistant located in California, Texas, or New York to provide basic, authorized on-site support for company equipment.

Responsibilities may include:

Receiving and safely storing shipped equipment
Connecting approved power, network, and peripheral cables
Restarting equipment when requested
Checking indicator lights and reporting basic status information
Following documented setup and troubleshooting instructions
Maintaining the equipment in a secure, private location

Requirements:

Reliable internet and availability during agreed working hours
Verified identity and a strong Freelancer work history
Willingness to complete a video interview
Ability to follow security and confidentiality requirements
No unauthorized access to files, accounts, applications, or company information
All work must comply with the equipment owner’s IT and security policies
