Reliable Event Staff for Uruguay Meats Conference

We're looking for a friendly, outgoing, and reliable event staff member to represent Uruguay Meats – National Meat Institute at a 3-day conference in the Kierland Ballroom 3 in Scottsdale. Only local applicants apply please.

The role involves managing the exhibitor table, keeping promotional materials organized and stocked, encouraging visitors to take a flyer and participate in a spin-to-win wheel activation, in exchange for their business card, and engaging with attendees throughout the event at the table. You'll also help ensure the table is set up and ready before each coffee break and remains stocked throughout the day.

Event Schedule:
Monday, November 2: 3:00 PM–5:00 PM (setup and preparation)
Tuesday, November 3: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Wednesday, November 4: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (4PM tear down)

We're looking for someone personable, proactive, and comfortable interacting with conference attendees, maintaining the table, distributing flyers, and managing the prize wheel.
