Background
We are migrating a company's email system from Outlook to Google Workspace / Gmail.

This is a live business environment, so email continuity is critical
Current Situation
The migration is partially completed but we are facing multiple issues:

Some users are receiving new emails, while some emails appear delayed or missing
MX records have been moved from the old mail provider to Google, but DNS propagation is still
inconsistent

Historical PST migration is still running account by account
Some PST files may require repair before migration
Some migrations stop or need to be resumed
Outlook folder structure is not appearing properly in Gmail in some accounts

Large PST sizes are making migrations slow

2. Stabilise Historical Migration
