I need a single, well-organised system that keeps every reinsurance policy I handle in one place, tells me instantly which market fits each risk, reminds me before anything falls due, and produces clear reports for management.

Core workflow
• Policy tracking: an easy data-entry form (policy number, cedant, premium, sum insured, occupancies, dates, notes) that saves into a searchable table.
• Market insights: the moment I fill in premium, sum insured or occupancies, the tool should suggest the appropriate market automatically.
• Reminder emails: automatic Outlook-ready messages for renewals, premium receipts or any custom date I define, with editable templates pulled straight from the record.
• Reports: quick buttons to create production, renewal pipeline and outstanding-premium reports in PDF or Excel, ready to forward.

Platform
I am happy for you to build this either as an advanced Excel workbook (Power Query / VBA) or as a small standalone app—whichever delivers the cleanest interface and the least maintenance.

Deliverables
- Complete, working tracker (Excel file or executable) with unlocked source.
- Brief user guide and short video walk-through.
- Sample data loaded so I can test immediately.

Acceptance criteria
1. Entering test data returns the correct market suggestion.
2. A renewal date 30 days away triggers an email to my own inbox during testing.
3. All three standard reports generate in under 10 seconds on my PC.
