Reinstate Google Ads & Merchant

My WordPress / WooCommerce store has just had both its Google Ads account and Google Merchant Center suspended for “policy violations.” The automated message refers to Misrepresentation and Unacceptable business practices, yet Google gives no precise pointers. I suspect the problem could sit anywhere from product details and company information to the promotional copy on site and in the feed, but I need an expert eye to confirm and resolve it.

What I need you to do
• Audit the entire funnel—site pages, product feed, account settings, and ad assets—to pinpoint every compliance issue tied to Misrepresentation and Unacceptable business practices.
• Deliver clear, actionable fixes: wording changes, feed edits, missing legal pages, shipping / refund disclosures, or any technical tweaks in WooCommerce that help align with Google policies.
• Implement or guide me through those changes, making sure the final result satisfies Google’s requirements without damaging conversion flow.
• Handle (or script for me) the appeal process inside both Google Ads and Merchant Center until they are fully reinstated.

Acceptance criteria
1. Both accounts move from “Suspended” to “Active” status.
2. A brief hand-over document outlines what was changed and why, so the store remains compliant going forward.
