My team already dominates the wheat-based staples segment in the Indore–Ujjain belt; now I’m turning my sights southward. I need a hands-on marketer who can translate our central-India success into tangible sales growth across Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.
Here is what the assignment looks like from day one:
• Shape a regional go-to-market plan that aligns with our national brand story yet speaks the local language of Bengaluru, Mysuru, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, and beyond.
• Run data-driven market research—store checks, consumer interviews, competitor scans—and convert the findings into actionable territory maps and sales forecasts.
• Launch and optimise social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business) that highlight the freshness and nutritional edge of our chakki atta, sooji, maida, and allied SKUs.
• Orchestrate local events, in-store tastings, and festival tie-ins that put packs in hand and products on plates.
• Forge partnerships with neighborhood retailers, HoReCa outlets, kirana chains, and leading distributors; negotiate margins, planogram placement, and quarterly activation calendars.
• Embed community-based marketing tactics—self-help group collaborations, cooking demo days, CSR food drives—to earn grassroots trust while lifting monthly off-take.
Acceptance criteria
1. A 90-day marketing roadmap with KPIs for brand awareness, shelf penetration, and sales volume.
2. Weekly performance dashboards (social metrics, event ROI, distributor sign-ups) shared in Google Sheets or Power BI.
3. Documented pipeline of at least ten new distributor or retail accounts per state by the end of month two.
4. Post-campaign review report showing incremental sales growth versus control districts.
If you already speak the language of FMCG field execution, know your way around Meta Ads Manager and local trade networks, and can turn strategy into on-ground momentum, let’s get started.
